BT Motor Company Ltd (BT) will only ever request data pertinent to it’s duties as a vehicle retail business and fleet management services provider.
This data may be given verbally, written or digitally, your consent will be required. 
Only relevant information to a particular task will be sought and recorded.
Data will only be processed by BT to goods and service providers pertinent to our work after your consent has been obtained. This data may be given verbally, written or digitally.
E.G.
HMR&C, FCA, DVLA, DVSA, Finance providers, Vehicle Warranty providers, Insurance providers, Vehicle Maintenance Service providers.   (This list is not exhaustive)
Data held by BT may be kept stored securely either in hard copy or digital format for either the duration of any agreement or service provision, to comply with legislation and legal obligations or until considered redundant.
Data that is considered unnecessary, redundant, incorrect or invalid will be manually redacted or deleted.
BT does not use your data for marketing purposes or sell it to any organisation that does.
You may request to obtain details of your data held by BT by telephone in the first instance, then in writing ,either posted by recorded delivery to the data provider detailed above or delivered by e mail to gdpr@btmotorcompany.co.uk  and confirmation of receipt obtained. BT will comply with your request within 25 working days of receipt of your written request.
You may request BT to delete any of your data held by BT by telephone in the first instance, then in writing either posted by recorded delivery or delivered by e mail to gdpr@btmotorcompany.co.uk   and confirmation of receipt obtained. BT will comply with your request within 25 working days if there are no statutory requirements to hold that data or define the requirements that mean we are unable to deal with your request to delete your data.
